Release of all Claims

In consideration of participating in and providing voluntary services during the Florida International Air Show, and in full recognition and assumption of all risk and hazard associated with my participation, (please print your full name) I, , for myself and my heirs, spouse, assigns, agents and representatives, do hereby release absolutely and forever discharge the Florida International Air Show, the Charlotte County Board of County Commissioners and the Charlotte County Airport Authority and their successors, affiliates, agents, employees, representatives, officers, directors and attorneys from any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, debts, obligations, costs, causes of action, whatsoever arising out of my death, any damage, loss or injury to me, or my property as a result of my participation in the Florida International Air Show and related incidental activities. I also approve the use of my picture, likeness or voice for promotional use, regardless of whether the picture, likeness or voice was recorded before, during or after the Florida International Air Show in any medium.
